Ritapa Neogi

Ritapa Neogi lives in North Philadelphia, where she studies journalism at Temple University. She was born and raised in Portland, OR, along with an audacious border collie, Igor, and a nerdy older brother, Richik. Throughout her childhood, Ritapa quickly realized her OCD-afflicted personality was nowhere to be found in Young Adult fiction. Thus, she wrote her own stories. Since then, she has been featured in many publications, from Wildness Journal to OregonLive. Besides writing, the short, sarcastic Indian-American teenager also enjoys chemistry, playing the bass guitar and reading about jellyfish.
