A spin through our author news...
I have a bunch of wonderful news to share! I love spreading the work about our fabulous authors and the stories they've written and one of the missions of LSQ is to support our authors, especially when they've been published. Yes, this means even when their stories go to someone else.
Before I share the news, I'll announce that this week's featured story is "Harvesting Wishes" by Mary E. Lowd. Please do go and enjoy it, as well as the other fine tales in this issue! There are some wonderfully incredible stories just waiting for you.

Darusha Wehm has a story in the current issue of Andromeda Spaceways Inflight Magazine.
Meg Tuite's flash fiction collection, "Disparate Pathos" is available from Monkey Puzzle Press.
Danielle E. Shipley has work published in "Cookies and Milk", a three-volume collection of short stories for young readers in collaboration with the charity Equipe.
Volume 2 includes her illustrations for "Fluffy" by Christine Cunningham.
Volume 3 includes her fractured fairytale, "Tale as Old as Time".
All three volumes of "Cookies and Milk" are currently available through Smashwords.
Laury A. Egan’s collection, Fog and Other Stories, was published by StoneGarden.net. The 23 stories deal with the metaphorical concept of fog as a state produced by grief, mental illness, love, anger, dementia, pain, prejudice, or dreams and how the human being refracts reality through these diffused prisms. Megan Kennedy's first Ebook novel, "Bury Me In Smoke", a 40,000 word zombie horror is available in all formats and will soon be on all major Ebook retailers like Amazon, B&N, etc.
Sabrina Furminger's post-apocalyptic short story "The Room Between" placed Third in the West End Writers Workshop 2012 Writing Contest. The winners were announced at an awards ceremony in Vancouver. You can read the story online.
