Caite Sajwaj grew up on a small farm, where she spent most of her time trudging through the fields, reading to her father’s cows, and, inevitably, writing her own stories—which she then read to her father’s cows.
She attended Ottawa University (Kansas, not Canada), where she received a B.A. in English Literature. Caite’s stories are inspired by the urban fringe areas of the Midwest.
Caite lives in Kansas City with her husband, three cats, and a growing collection of houseplants. Read more of her work at caitesajwaj.com.
