Hope you’re all having a lovely Sunday!
I’m here to wrap up last week’s posts. If you’re looking for something to read on a lazy afternoon, we’ve got some great stuff for ya.
Carol Holland March started our week off with “The Creative Soul“. She provided great inspiration for those of us who fit a creative life in between the spaces of our responsibilities as well as some notes on recent female-driven projects.
Next, yours truly gave you a little introduction to comic books with “What comic books are and what they are not“, answering some of the common confusion about the comic book medium.
We had our first author interview on Wednesday. KC Maguire chatted with Monica Shaugnessy about her intriguing Catterina Mysteries series and other books.
Thursday featured two posts. First was Rebecca Buchanan’s “On Pagan Science Fiction” gave us an overview of pagan-influenced sci-fi, along with a load of book suggestions.
And later in the day, Salena Casha reviewed Ann Leckie’s award-winning “Ancillary Justice“.
We wrapped the week up with the first post of Chloe N. Clark’s “S1/E1:Pilot” which introduces her new column on fandom from a more academic perspective.
Like I said before, great stuff, right?
If you enjoy any of these columns, be sure to comment and spread the word!
